I enjoyed a lovely hike yesterday morning along the Calaveras Ridge Trail in Dublin Hills Regional Park.  The wildflowers are beginning to bloom, especially the lupine.  A few photos from the hike…

  1. Gardeninacity, the bird is a killdeer. It got its name from the sound of its call, “killdeer, killdeer, killdeer!”

    1. Oops! There were tons of cows the last time I was out there. I’ve never seen so many cows right on the trail.
